Connecting with housing providers

Better lighting. More room for your mission.

At the ONPHA Conference, we’re connecting with non-profit housing teams to explore how smarter lighting can reduce operating costs, simplify maintenance and improve shared spaces for residents and staff.

From corridors and stairwells to laundry rooms, offices and community rooms, EcoBright helps you identify practical opportunities to modernize your indoor lighting.

Understanding the offer

What does “without a capital budget” mean?

Your lighting upgrade still has a cost. We explore how available incentives and payments funded through energy savings could help you move forward without relying on a dedicated capital budget.

Identify your savings

We review your existing lighting, operating hours and opportunities for more efficient fixtures and smart controls.

Explore incentives

We assess applicable incentive programs and eligibility as part of your project proposal.

Plan your payments

Explore options that use projected energy savings to help cover project payments, including $0 upfront options for eligible projects.

Incentives, upfront requirements and payment terms vary by project and eligibility. Your proposal will explain the costs, estimated savings and payment schedule before you decide.

Use only what you need

Lighting that responds to your building.

LED 2.0 combines efficient fixtures with smart controls, helping your building use the right amount of light at the right time.

Respond to occupancy

Sensors adjust lighting when people enter or leave, with settings designed for each space.

Make use of daylight

In suitable areas, daylight controls reduce artificial light when natural light is available.

Set the right light level

Dimming and scheduling help match lighting to your building’s routines and operational needs.

Controls are planned around the space, resident needs and applicable lighting requirements.

  3. Install

We coordinate installation and configure controls for the spaces being upgraded.

  4. Review

Review lighting performance and discuss adjustments or service needs.

A few questions you may have.

We already have LED lights. Is this still relevant?

Possibly. Existing LED fixtures may lack occupancy sensors, daylight controls or dimming. We can review your setup to determine whether an upgrade offers meaningful value.

Can we discuss more than one property?

Yes. Tell us about your portfolio so we can discuss priorities and whether a phased approach makes sense.

Do we need to know our fixture count?

No. Start with what you know about your building. Photos, approximate fixture counts or operating hours can help, but they are not needed for an initial conversation.

Let’s continue the conversation

What could smarter lighting do for your housing community?

Share a little about your organization and property. We’ll help you explore whether an indoor lighting upgrade is a good fit.
